Delvin St Patrick's Day 2023

Bracklyn Wind Farm is proudly sponsoring Delvin's "Green" St Patrick's Day Festival.

The Delvin St Patrick's Day event is taking place on 17th March 2023 between 2pm and 5pm. 

​

The event has a "Green" theme with a focus on keeping the community environmentally friendly.  The centre of the village will be pedestrianised and music, entertainment, food, magic and fun are promised on the day.

​

The collaboration between the festival organisers and the Bracklyn Wind Farm Community team is positive and ensures the local community benefits in a real way from this project.

Project Manager, James Carville, has added "We are delighted to have the opportunity to support the local community for such an event with its  green ethos aligning perfectly with the national plan for climate action and with Bracklyn wind farm's green ambitions. We are looking forward to continue to build strong relationships in the area and supporting the community over the lifetime of the project"

This sponsorship sets the stage for further funding when the wind farm is operational. Its a perfect example of the community and wind farm working together to build something long lasting and leaving a legacy for the Bracklyn and Delvin area.
